How To Book

Once you have decided to come on holiday with us the booking procedure is as follows.

1.	You check availability by e-mailing us at info@amicussailing.com
2.	When we confirm availability we will attach payment instructions for the deposit.
3.	Complete the Booking Form and submit via e-mail to us.
4.	A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking via wire transfer.
5.	On receipt of your deposit we will confirm your reservation and receipt your deposit. Pre-holiday information and request lists will then be sent to you.
6.	We will stay in touch with you to organise the fine detail of your holiday and help in arranging your accommodation if reserving a Ship to Shore holiday.
7.	We will invoice you for the balance of your holiday fee due 60 days before charter. When you have instructed your bank to make this transfer please notify us at bookings@amicussailing.com
8.	We will receipt your payment.

Last minute bookings may be possible, but always begin by checking availability. Full holiday costs are payable for bookings with less than 60 days notice.
