Terms and Conditions Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking with us at any time. Should this event occur the following charge will apply.
Cancellation prior to charter:

Outside 60 days	deposit only
59 to 31 days	50% of full holiday rate
30 to 8 days	75% of full holiday rate
7days or less	100% of full holiday rate

Force Majeur
Force Majeur means any cause attributable to acts, accidents, weather or omissions beyond the reasonable control of Amicus Sailing Ltd or the charterers. No warranty is made as to the suitability of weather with respect to this trip. If a named storm threatens, or is forecast to threaten the location / expected location of the chartered vessel as determined by the Captain in his sole discretion, the Captain shall have the option of terminating the charter if the charterers have boarded or of refusing boarding if the charter has not yet commenced. The Captain's decision to terminate or refuse boarding shall be final. Upon such termination, the captain shall immediately disembark the charterers at the nearest safe port. Under no circumstances will a cash refund be provided for cancellation due to weather. Please check your own holiday insurance for cancellation cover.

Flights
You retain responsibility for your flights. Should flights be rescheduled please notify us as soon as possible. As we do not book guests on consecutive days we may be able to adjust your holiday dates with us. If this cannot be arranged please be aware that cancellations may occur at your penalty. Any delays or late changes should be conveyed to us at the earliest opportunity to avoid loss of your enjoyment.

Insurance
You are strongly advised to take out your own holiday insurance and travel insurance. Amicus Sailing Ltd and its directors cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.
